Hi, I’m Casey — a holistic wellness coach, mother, and founder of Lilac Healing.

After experiencing a traumatic birth and the emotional challenges that followed postpartum, I realized how deeply moms need real after-birth care — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. That experience shaped my mission: to help moms feel supported, understood, and empowered during one of the most vulnerable seasons of life.

With over 20 years of study in health and wellness, I blend compassionate coaching with holistic practices to support moms through healing, balance, and sustainable self-care. My background includes training in Ayurveda, prenatal and postnatal yoga, massage, Thai yoga, neurolinguistic programming, and cognitive behavioral approaches — all tools I use to help moms rebuild confidence, calm the nervous system, and create wellness that fits real life.

Today, I help moms release guilt around self-care, strengthen their sense of self-worth, and feel grounded in both motherhood and personal identity. Whether you’re navigating postpartum healing, emotional overwhelm, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, you don’t have to do it alone.
